Having this time away from my business helps me to come back refreshed and better focused for the work year ahead. I’ve found that when I don’t do this, it doesn’t feel like l’ve had a break at all; I’m sure l’m not the only one who experiences this.

I even made it onto the tv in Analiese Gregory’s A Girls Guide to Hunting Fishing and Wild Cooking, Season 2, Episode 1 (it is on SBS Demand). Analiese commissioned me to make her bespoke Tasmanian Oak and Red Ironbark kitchen and Kitchen Island. In Episode 1 I was there to add some finishing touches to the kitchen.
