1. When I start on a project I work on it exclusively until it is finished. I don’t jump from project to project or leave the work site constantly (that would be a waste of my time and your time).
The only exclusion is a project that includes glazing. I make the window/s or door/s then measure for glazing and place the glazing order asap. Once the glazing is ready, I finish your door/s or window/s, deliver and install them. While I am waiting for the glazing company to process the order I make a head start on another project you have.
I never start a project in your home and leave it unfinished to go and work on someone else’s project.
Unless it is a phone call related to your project or an emergency, I usually let phone calls go to message and return them in my own time.
2. I always book a time to do a site visit and I always arrange install days that suit us both.
I never just “show up”.
I only do site visits during business hours.
We can arrange a time that suits us both. I am very flexible and ask that if I am making the commitment to be at your home, you make the commitment to be there.
3. I only do quotes, phone calls and site visits during business hours, not after hours when you or I maybe more rushed, already had a full day and have family commitments like getting dinner on the table.
It is important to me that working together is as stress free as possible. I hope that this gives you more insight into what working together would look like.
I’ve been living and working in the Huon Valley for over 15 years now.
Building long lasting respectful client relationships is important to me. It’s always a pleasure to work with returning clients and if you are a new client my hope is that you become a returning client too.

Until next time,
Michael
