Here are some tips for designing a new kitchen or adding some upgrades.

The sink.

I can install any style of sink and incorporate any style of sink into the kitchen design.

Take into consideration the size of the sink , where your taps will go and the measurements of your bench tops. I can help you with this.

To shift the sink to a different area in the kitchen a plumber may be required. I can recommend a plumber and only recommend people who I trust working in my own home.

Sourcing the sink and hardware.

I ask clients to source the sink and hardware as you know exactly what you would like.

I can supply door hinges – I ask what kind you would prefer.

I can supply door magnets and drawer runners.

If you would like to supply the door hinges, door magnets and drawer runners that is fine too.

I’ve been using this Australian company for many years now and have sourced a Turner Hastings Butler Sink for my own home and a 1901 Inset Sink for our garden cottage from them, along with all kitchen knobs, door hardware, coat hooks, and a utility rail from them. Everything has arrived in perfect condition. The company is always consistently reliable and very helpful. I’ve noticed that buying from them directly is cheaper and the delivery faster than buying from a shop that supplies the same stock. This isn’t a paid promo and I don’t receive anything for recommending the company.

Ordering.

Regardless of whether you order online or go into a shop, make sure to ask if they have to put your items on back order. I’ve been mislead before and had to wait months when I’ve previously purchased something from a  shop then told they don’t actually have it in stock.
